Carnarvon PCYC
Great little gym in the local PCYC at Carnarvon WA. It’s only recently received an upgrade and it looks really good. New equipment and very well laid out with plenty of room to work out. It’s got everything you need and the change room etc are excellent. Big shout out to Bree, Hana and Harmony for their friendly help and advice. All the place needs is a bit of local promotion to get it rocking.

Absolutely awesome gym, great equipment, facilities and wonderful staff. I was in town for a week and PCYC was a great place to help me stay on track with my fitness goals. Thank you for a fantastic experience.

Has boxing ring , various boxing bag's and equipment.Full gym with above average gym equipment.Has toilets but no water to drink inside gym.

Carnarvon PCYC
Not the best gym by far but the only gym in Carnarvon! Fortunately it does have everything you might look for in a gym, even if the equipment is about 100 years old. They have a treadmill and a stair-climber, and a large area for stretching or mobility work, plus dumbbells and barbells. For any powerlifters there is a squat rack (separate to the smith machine!), a bench press, and floor space and 20kg power bars for deadlifts, plus the usual machines for accessory work (lat pull down, cable machine, adjustable benches etc). It did the job! So can't complain.
